Schwitzke Project realizes refurbishment and fit-out projects of any complexity in existing buildings. The result: an invitation to all visitors to feel comfortable and stay longer. The production and installation of the individual seating furniture and the new, impressive portals at the entrances to the mall put the finishing touches on this special project.

In addition, the mall’s social area was restructured and equipped with a new escape staircase.
